I really enjoyed reading this book My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. It talks how two sisters having to go through family drama because one of the sisters has cancer. When Anna the younger sister was born she was very healthy and had a great life with her sister Kate and brother Jesse. When Anna was around thirteen years old Kate was diagnosised with leukemia. Anna was a child who was healthy and happy with her life but she had a side of pain with her as so did her sister. Anna had to undergo countless surgeries, transfusions, and shots so that her older sister, Kate, can somehow fight the leukemia since she has had since her child hood. Her mother and father had Anna because they need to have a miracle baby that could cure Kate because he older brother did not have the same body types for these tests. Anna would have not been born if Kate wasn't so sick. Anna did not have a say in having this done to her body it was her parents decisions and no one else. Yeah they felt bad about doing this to Anna but they knew it had to be done if they wanted Kate to live so Anna had to stick with it but soon she had a saying about it and it changed the whole family and Kate's chance to live. Anna wins the battle but she realizes if she doesn't help her sister then she could die. As Anna continues to help her something bad happens and Anna get killed and Kate it left but she survives and lives a happy life. This book was one that you could never put down and you just had to finish it when you started it. I would give this book a five out of five stars and suggest people read her series of books for example nineteen minutes is another really good book.448 pages
